The event
SERENA Produções organized the 20th edition of the French Film Festival (Festa do Cinema Francês) in partnership with the French Embassy in Portugal, the French Institute of Portugal and the Alliances Françaises network.
The event took place over six weeks in 2019 in 8 Portuguese cities and broke attendance records, attracting around 21,000 spectators thanks to a rich program, a vast network of partners and the arrival in Portugal of an impressive artistic delegation: in total, around thirty actors, directors and producers made the trip, including Jean-Louis Trintignant, Agnès Jaoui, Nicolas Pariser and Thomas Lilti.
