The event
Launched at Casa da Cerca, CINE CERCA is a writing residency, which aims to strengthen the collaboration between the French and Portuguese film industries. After a call for applications, four authors are selected by a Franco-Portuguese jury and are welcomed in residence during a 15-day stay in Portugal, at Córtex Frontal, followed by a second 15-day stay, at the time of the Cannes Film Festival, in France, at the Château de La Napoule.
The convivial character of these residences enables the organization of team workshops and a quality individual follow-up.
This program allows participants to escape from daily life and to free themselves from material contingencies, to think, write and debate their projects in places conducive to productive work.
